The Customer Experience Conference will run from 24 – 25 August 2022.
The conference program has a focus on how to build and scale customer ‘centricity,’ exploring what constitutes best practice by tapping into the evolving customer voice, behaviours & expectations to unlock exceptional customer experiences & deliver seamless end-to-end journeys.
