Eurobodalla’s Employment Revolution is a community partnership delivering innovative education and employment initiatives aimed at increasing the capacity to meet future jobs growth in the health sector, alongside a youth employment strategy. Through strong collaborative partnerships with community, business and industry groups, government, education and other employment stakeholders, the project connected existing workforce stakeholders to provide entry points and career pathways for job seekers and build stronger, more effective local opportunities for those looking for work.
The projects implemented have resulted in 60 jobs for young people and increased workforce participation by assisting 110 job seekers into employment in the health and social assistance sector.
