Customer Experience Conference
The Customer Experience Conference is new on our event calendar this year as we take a fresh look at this very important topic. The program supports information sharing and peer to peer learning as we cover topics including how customer service impacts business, utilising data to enhance the customer experience and fostering a customer centric culture.

The conference will be delivered online via a series of engaging and relevant sessions. Sessions will be held fortnightly with the option to purchase a ticket to the entire conference, a singular session or boardroom broadcast.

Note: login details for the session will be sent 1-2 days prior to commencement. 

HOW TO REGISTER

1. If not already logged in, please sign in or create an account from the top right corner of this page.
2. Choose to register yourself or someone else at your council.
3. Select "Registration - All sessions" or "Boardroom Broadcast" to attend the full conference or select "Registration - Single Session" to register for individual sessions.
4. In the Optional Extras section - click the greed Add button next to each session you would like to register for
5. Once you have selected all your registration options, click the green Proceed to Checkout button to finalise your booking.
