Stepping away from traditional classroom learning, this interactive training, through the use of role playing, examines hypothetical breaches to the Code of Conduct as a base for group work.

Appropriate for a mix of both outdoor and indoor workers, we deliver this training at your council for groups to share knowledge, expertise and perspective on each task and create a solution for each challenge.

Using policy, experience and a variety of collaborative methods the groups will then demonstrate their solution and code of conduct competence.
