Pre-Challenge Task | Develop ideas for a council of the future

The 2018 Pre-Challenge Task used the concept of experiential learning to reinforce the knowledge to be gained by the Management Challenge. The task was far from theoretical and involved thinking, acting, reflecting and conceptualising – the four steps as outlined by David Kolb in his book “Experiential Learning: Experience as the Source of Learning and Development.”

Part of Phase 3 of the Pre-Challenge Task saw teams turn their feedback into a YouTube video presentation outlining their proposed 2030 solutions/programs/services, each submission is available below, simply click on each council's logo.
