Learning outcome: to help leaders be able to have a productive appraisal and set realistic goals with their team members

Appraisals and the formal opportunity for leaders and team members to come together and discuss personal and business goals, and how performance supports achieving these goals.  It is an essential tool for people to reflect on their workplace habits and discuss opportunities for improvement and development.  Often avoided for fear of conflict, engaging in regular appraisals exponentially improve performance and engagement of team members.
