The Department

The marketing function supports every department in the association by understanding departmental objectives and their link with the association’s strategic plan.

The Position

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for ensures consistent branding across the association; developing unique and effective marketing strategies/campaigns that support business growth; measuring and report on marketing effectiveness; and management of the associations online presence.

Areas of Responsibility


Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
Take responsibility for the organisation of any sales materials, event collateral etc.
Administer the website.
Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
Manage the association’s social media platform
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external service suppliers such as as designers as required.

It is expected that the position is proactive in developing marketing plans that support all business operations, collaborating with department managers to ensure effectiveness of campaigns and increased sales and flexibility to adapt and monitor campaigns through their lifecycle.

The marketing campaign manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all artwork associated with marketing campaigns and supporting the team with collateral development and website design.

Key Selection Criteria


Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Strong technical ability and marketing platform experience.
Relevant industry experience gained from a similar company would be a strong advantage.
An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s.
